My Client-First Philosophy
I received my Real Estate License in 1983 and my Broker's License in the early 1990's.
I have successfully marketed many of the upscale homes in the Geneva area for the past 15 years. I have been the recipient of the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award for Productivity in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2011,2012, 2013,2014,2015,2016 and 2017. This award is given to agents in the top 13% internationally. I have also received the Sales Master Award for Productivity from the Rochester Association of Realtors in 2000, 2003, 2005 and 2006 and 2007, 2012 ,2013, 2015, 2016 and 2018. In 2011 I earned the Sales Master Gold Award for sales volume of over $6,000,000. I also achieved the Sales Master Gold in 2014 with a sales volume of over $9,000,000. 2014 was a record breaking year!! I received the Pinnacle Award from the Womens Council of Realtors, the Rochester Chapter in 2002. In 2006 I earned the Coldwell Banker designation of Previews International Specialist for marketing premier properties.
My interests also include my college alumni association and being a member and past president of our local Zonta Club.
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Geneva real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
